WILL OF VOTERS IS PROTECTED
HELP US ENSURE PROP 22 REMAINS PROTECTED BY SIGNING OUR PETITION TODAY.
In March 2023, the California Court of Appeal issued a decisive opinion upholding Prop 22 and the will of the voters. Shortly after this victory, a challenge was brought forth by special interests who want to roll back the historic benefits provided by Prop 22 and eliminate independent app-based work. They filed a petition asking the CA Supreme Court to review and the court will hear oral arguments on May 21st.
We remain confident that the Supreme Court will uphold Prop 22 to protect the people’s right of initiative and the overwhelming will of California voters.
One of the most important things you can do right now is sign our petition which reaffirms your support for Prop 22 and the importance of upholding the will of the voters against special interest challenges to Prop 22 and driver independence.
